Privacy & your information
Plain English, because there isn't much to it.

TML Solutions, LLC is a bathroom remodeling company, not a marketing company. We collect what we need to quote your job and get in touch about it — nothing else.
What this site collects
Only what you type into one of the three forms, and only when you press the button to send it:
- Quote requests: your name, phone number, email, address or ZIP code, and what you tell us about your bathroom and budget.
- Appointment requests: your name, phone number, email, the address of the bathroom, and the date and time you picked.
- Reviews: your name, your town if you give it, your rating and comments, and your email if you choose to add one.
This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixels and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. Nothing about your visit is recorded unless you submit a form.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered through Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and are emailed to us. They're stored in our account there so we don't lose track of a request.
Our website is served over an encrypted connection, so what you type reaches us privately.
What we do with it
We use it to price your job, arrange a visit, and talk to you about the work. That's all.
We don't sell your details, and we don't pass them to lead brokers or other contractors. We share information only with people who need it to do your job — for example a supplier delivering materials to your address — or where the law requires it.
Phone calls, texts and email
If you give us your number and ask us to call or text, we'll use it to reach you about your enquiry and your job. We don't send marketing blasts. Reply STOP to any text from us and we'll stop texting you; message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Reviews
A review you submit is not published automatically. We read it first, and we only put it on the website if you ticked the box giving us permission. If you do, we publish your first name and town alongside it — never your email, phone number or street address. Changed your mind? Tell us and we'll take it down.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and appointment details while we're talking to you, and for a reasonable period afterwards to honour warranty obligations and keep our own records straight. If you'd rather we didn't, just ask.
Asking us to delete it
Email tmlsolutionsllc2024@gmail.com or call (330) 524-6256 and ask. We'll delete what we hold about you, apart from anything we're required to keep for tax or warranty reasons, and we won't make it difficult.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their home. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
